Groundwater Forums planned statewide
Texas Farm Bureau (TFB), in conjunction with Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and Texas Wildlife Association, will host a "Joint Issues Forum" focusing on groundwater ownership.

The forums are set to discuss the current issues surrounding groundwater management and ownership. These issues come with a label of extreme importance that will impact property owners, agriculture and rural communities.

"These forums are tailored to educate people on these issues so they can take action to protect their rights, livelihoods, and communities—whether that action is needed at the legislature, the courthouse, or their local groundwater conservation district," says TFB State Legislative Director Billy Howe.
